Shipping and Returns

We ship playgrounds worldwide with services to accommodate your needs. Customer authorizes Playgrounds.net to hire a freight carrier on their behalf. All items ship new direct from the manufacturer via commercial freight carrier, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. A physical address is required for all deliveries.

Freight shipments will be delivered curbside to the provided address if a loading dock is not onsite. An appointment will be required for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Playgrounds.net if the address is not accessible to a tractor trailer (low utility lines, low hanging trees, or inadequate roads).

Once the freight driver arrives with the delivery, the customer is responsible for unloading. This is not the job of the driver. If additional delivery services are required, arrangements are to be made before the delivery. Additional charges will apply.

Shipments to AK, HI, Canada, and Mexico

Please contact Playgrounds.net for ship quote. Quotes for Canada and Mexico will not include broker fees, import fees, government duties, and taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Overseas Shipping

Customers located outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico will be responsible for arranging overseas freight. Playgrounds.net will be responsible for delivery of shipment to customer's US freight forwarder. Playgrounds.net and the manufacturer will not be responsible for the shipment after delivery to US freight forwarder.

Backorders

Items may be backordered by the manufacturer, for which Playgrounds.net has no control. Every effort will be made to inform customer of backorders.

Returns

Customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return equipment, with exceptions (see below). All returns must be authorized by Playgrounds.net in writing. An authorization number and manufacturer address to where the return is to be sent will be provided. Returns after 30 days or without authorization will be refused. Returned items must be in original packaging in good condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return freight. A 25% restocking fee applies to all refunds.

Nonrefundable Items

1) Any equipment that has been installed, or attempted to be installed
2) Damaged or defective goods which have been replaced with like or same item at no cost to customer
3) Items for which the order did not exceed $50
4) Items returned more than 30 days after delivery or without authorization
5) Rubber mulch, wood mulch, or any surfacing product

Installation

All products are delivered unassembled, unless otherwise noted. Detailed installation instructions are provided with customer shipments. Most instructions can also be requested by email. An inventory of parts must be made against the packing list within 72 hours of delivery of shipment for missing items. In the event a discrepancy exists, please notify Playgrounds.net immediately.
